Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable reciprocation of more than several hundreds strokes per minute by providing a piston pump with an irregular-speed reciprocating means which generates zero speed at the starting and the end point of each stroke while generating the maximum speed at the middle point thereof. CONSTITUTION:The cylinders 5 and 5' of piston pumps A and A' are connected via pipings 17 and 17' to a hydraulic actuator B and the rod 7 of the piston pumps A and A' are connected via a rod 10 to a crank 9. The amounts of the intake and the discharge at the stroke end of each of the piston pumps A and A' therefore become zero while becoming maximum at the middle point of said stroke and the pistons will be hardly subjected to an impact at the stroke end point, whereby attaining the reciprocating strokes of more than several hundreds times per minute.
