An electromagnetic inflow valve, an electromagnetic outflow valve and an operating fluid pressure pump constituting actuators in actuator units 6FL-6R are controlled by liquid pressure control signals from a controller CR to which wheel speed sine wave signals from wheel speed sensors 3FL-3R and brake switch signals from a brake switch 14 are input. The control frequency of antiskid control is reduced to reduce the operating frequency of the actuators for a solenoid valve, a pump motor or the like, so that the aging effect of an operating fluid system, especially the deterioration factor due to wear, can be reduced accordingly. A life up to a failure can thus be extended.
