To enable the transmission of an operating force stably and efficiently in an operating force transmission mechanism comprising a conduit and an inner material.
An operating force transmission mechanism comprises: a conduit 10 made up of a closed coil spring; and an inner material 20 inserted thereinto and made up of a stranded wire. The conduit 10 is fixed to a portion to which the operating force transmission mechanism is attached. The inner material 20 transmits an operating force by axially moving inside the conduit 10. An insertion hole 31 for inserting the conduit 10 is formed in a fixing member 30 for fixing the conduit 10, and the conduit 10 is fixed by forming the inner surface of the insertion hole 31 into an uneven surface matched with the uneven shape of the outer surface of the conduit 10. When the closed coil spring is used as the conduit in this manner, the strength of the conduit can be secured even if it has a small diameter and a thin-wall structure. Thus, the operating force transmission mechanism can be thinned, and the inner material can be restrained from uselessly moving by restraining the conduit from deforming when transmitting an operating force.
