A dedicated operating handle 20 has height H and width W of a fitting part 22 with a predetermined value. First and second movable members 13₁, 13₂ to nip an operating rod 1 of the isolator are mounted to a front face of a main body 11 of a handle mounting stand 10. Third and fourth movable members 13₃, 13₄ to nip first and second adapter mounting rods 1a₁, 1a₂ of the isolator together with the main body 11 are mounted to lower faces of the first and second movable members 13₁, 13₂. An operating handle mounting hole 12a, in which the fitting part 22 of the dedicated operating handle 20 is fitted, and a torque handle mounting hole 12b, in which a fitting part 122 of a torque handle 120 is fitted, are formed on a rear face and a top face of the handle mounting member 12, respectively.
