The operating instrument placing truck is equipped with a horizontal top plate 4 on which operating instruments are placed, the support part 5 for supporting the top plate 4 from below, a base stand frame 2 for holding the support part 5 in an erected state and having first castors R, etc., running on a floor surface and horizontal arms 3 and 3 having second castors S and S provided to one ends thereof and pivotally mounted so as to be swung to the left and right positions of the base stand frame 2 at the other end parts thereof in a state capable of being changed over to a forwardly protruded state and a left and right developed state.
