Abstract:

To simplify assembling work of a switch by eliminating the need of assembling an operating mechanism in a narrow space, and by making it possible to make fine adjustment after assembling work.

In this operating mechanism unit for the switch, a force-storing mechanism and a link mechanism are mounted to a pedestal having a prescribed shape, the link mechanism rotates by force transmitted from the force-storing mechanism, and a main shaft for transmitting force to a movable electrode by the rotation is connected to the output end of elastic force in the force-storing mechanism by a turnbuckle. The pedestal is fixed to the resin case of a switch part unit, the main shaft is connected to the movable electrode, the range of the rotation angle of the main shaft is adjusted to determine the movable range of the movable electrode, the output end of the elastic force in the force-storing mechanism is connected to the main shaft by the turnbuckle, and the length of the turnbuckle is changed to determine the output timing of the elastic force.
