Abstract:

To solve the problems that high speed can not be attained caused by the deformation of a work bottom by impact force by the punch and knockout of a transfer press, and that high speed can not be attained caused by the long time stay of a mandrel punch at the position of a bottom dead point in a process of cross working.

Within one cycle of a slide 2, a cam curve face of a cam groove radius displacement amount corresponding to the descending speed of a drawing punch 7G is formed on a cam groove 21a of a driving cam 21, and in the period from the time immediately before the time at which the drawing punch 7G comes into contact with the work to the time at which it comes into contact with the work, and in the period from the time immediately before the time at which the work comes into contact with the knockout to the time at which it comes into contact with the knockout, the descending speed of the drawing punch 7G is made slower than that of the other descending punch by a slide 2, thereby to reduce the impact force of the drawing punch 7G coming into contact with the work, and the impact force of the work coming into contact with the knockout 29. In the same way, in the process of the cross working, the staying time at the bottom dead point is made longer than that of the other punch.
