Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure steam-turbine cooling steam and gland sealing steam during operation until rises to a re-input load after the shift to shaft or plant single operation by load interruption.
SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery boiler 4 is constructed as a three- pressure type, the outlet of an intermediate-pressure superheater 14 is made to branch off, an auxiliary steam supply pipe 31 for supplying auxiliary steam to a shaft-assisting steam main pipe 21 is connected to this branching part to constitute a system that secures parts of gland sealing steam and steam- turbine cooling steam, and at least either of control set pressures for the pressures in high-and intermediate-pressure drums 5, 13 and for the outlet steam pressures of high-and intermediate-pressure superheaters 6, 14 is built up to a predetermined pressure to secure the cooling steam of a steam turbine 2.
