CONSTITUTION: A single or plural slave sets are installed to one installed location or plural installed locations decentralizingly, a signal line discriminating the driving state is led from each slave set, sub controllers 4A,4B are provided to each installation, the above signal line is connected to the sub controllers 4A, 4B via an interface section, an operating signal line is led from the sub controllers 4A, 4B and connected to a main controller 1 via the interface section and the main controller 1 outputs whether or not the slave sets of all the installation locations are in operating state in terms of a video signal by a video signal conversion section and the output is displayed decentralizingly onto a screen of the connected television receiver 6.
