Abstract:
To provide an operating table with larger latitude in adjusting a bed around the shaft of inclination and/or tilting shaft and in the vertical direction.
The operating table comprises a table column 10 with a column leg part 14 and a column head part 16, and the bed 12 for a patient. The bed 12 can be connected to the column head part 16, and is pivotally rotatable relative to the table column 10 around at least one shaft parallel to the bed surface. A guide path 42 is disposed on the column head part 16. The guide path is continuously curved around an axis of curvature, and a saddle which can be connected to the bed 12 is mounted on the guide path in such a way as can be adjusted along the guide path 42 by a saddle driving device.
