Abstract:
To provide an operating unit of a solar shading device which prevents a connection part from falling off while the connection part of a ball chain engages with a pulley in a normal operation.
In a solar shading device which drives a shading material by rotating a pulley based on an operation of an endless ball chain which is hung from the pulley supported rotatably by a head box, the ball chain is connected to be made endless with a connection ball 44 having a fail-safe function, and a pitch p1 between the connection ball 44 and an adjacent ball 38 is made larger than a pitch p2 between other balls 31 and 38.
