Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve printing adhesiveness to a button part while maintaining the hinge part strength of an operation button.
CONSTITUTION: An operation button 6 with its button part 6a forcibly pressed into the hinge part 6b is attached to a front panel 5 and, when the button part 6a is pressed in an arrow A direction, a tact switch 3 recognizes this action depending on the pressing force and an LED 2 is lit. The lights therefrom are collected in a LED holder 4 and the button part 6a diffuses these lights. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin (ABS) is used for the button part 6a and polypropylene is used for a button frame part having the hinge part 6b so as to secure the strength of the hinge part and the printing adhesiveness of the button part. Further, development of only a new button part can easily cope with kinds of machine developed hereafter.
