A disconnector action checking device DS comprises: an on-side reflection section 220 mounted to a blade 200 so that a reflection face is directed downward when the blade 200 is located in an on-condition; an off-side reflection section 230 mounted to the blade 200 so that the reflection face is directed downward when the blade 200 is located in the off-condition; an on-side transmission section 230 provided at a position opposed to the on-side reflection section 220 when the blade 200 is in the on-condition; an off-side transmission section 330 provided at a position opposed to the off-side reflection section 230 when the blade 200 is in the off-condition; and a control device 500 connected to the disconnector 100 via a network 400. The control device 500 determines whether abnormality occurs to an input action of the blade 200 according to whether laser light L from the on-side transmission section 320 is reflected by the on-side reflection section 220 and received by the on-side transmission section 320, for example, in checking an on-operation.
