PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device for water supplying and draining equipment in which the level of a water tank can be controlled by use of a smaller number of level detectors.
SOLUTION: A water tank provided on the suction side of a pump has four level detectors L1, L2, L3, L4 with different detecting levels to detect the level of the water tank. When the level is the first level detector L1 on the top or more, abnormally increased level state is judged, and when the level is less than the third level detector L3 from the top, the open signal of a solenoid valve for flowing water into the water tank is outputted, and water reduced state is also judged. When the level, is returned to the second level detector L2 from the top or more, the close signal of the solenoid valve is outputted, and when the level is less than the fourth level detector L4 from the top, water shortage is judged, and a pump idling preventing forged stop signal is also outputted. Further, when the level is returned to the third level detector L3, non-water storage state is judged, and the pump idling preventing forced stop signal is released.
