Abstract:
To operate a coal pulverizer more stably.SOLUTION: An operation control method of a coal pulverizer comprises: an airflow and temperature control system 11 for controlling quantity and temperature of hot air supplied to the coal pulverizer 3; a coal supply quantity control system 5 for controlling coal quantity supplied to the coal pulverizer 3; and a control system 12 for sending a command to the airflow and temperature control system and the coal supply quantity control system on the basis of a differential pressure of air passing through the coal pulverizer 3. When the differential pressure of the air passing through the coal pulverizer is a specified value or less, the coal pulverizer is operated with a temperature of the hot air set to an upper limit temperature of the hot air - 10°C or less, and a flowrate of the hot air set to 85% of an upper limit flowrate or less. When the differential pressure is the specified value or more and the specified value + 1.0 kPa or less, a temperature of the hot air is set, for example, to more than the upper limit temperature of the hot air - 10°C and the upper limit temperature or less, or a flowrate of the hot air is set to more than 90% of the upper limit flowrate of the hot air and the upper limit flowrate or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
