Abstract:

To prevent generation of exhaust gas condensed drain which is apt to generate upon start of an exhaust gas type absorption chiller heater.

A method is provided for operation control of an absorption chiller heater which includes: an evaporator; an absorber; an exhaust gas regenerator which is heated by charging an exhaust gas thereto; a combustion regenerator in which absorption liquid from the absorber flows after inflow in the exhaust gas regenerator and which can be heated by a burner; and a condenser. The exhaust gas is charged to the exhaust gas regenerator after at least one of (1) and (2) is attained upon start of the chiller heater, that is, (1) the temperature TH of exhaust gas to be charged is increased to a first prescribed temperature T1 and (2) the temperature TN of the combustion regenerator which is heated by the burner so that a temperature of a heat transfer surface of the exhaust gas regenerator is increased to a prescribed temperature by the circulated and flown absorption liquid, is increased to a second prescribed temperature TG.
