Abstract:

To solve such a problem that in equipment in which a plurality of devices are installed having a motor, power generator, an exhaust heat recovery boiler for exhaust heat of the motor and a fuel fired boiler, control has been made with emphasis on generated power and has not been necessarily efficient and economical in view of the generated steam volume in the number of operating units and the demand and supply balance of steam, and to provide an operating system and a system of process steam generation equipment with efficient operation.

Steam generation efficiency of a first steam generation equipment and a second steam generation equipment are calculated, operating priority is determined from the higher of the calculated steam generation efficiency for the increase of steam demand of a process for supplying steam, while the operating priority is determined from the lower of the calculated steam generation efficiency for the decrease of the steam demand of the process, and operation is made sequentially according to the order of the determined operating priority so as to supply steam to the process.
