Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle clean water generating soil, sun-dried cake in particular by heating and drying it further economically without increasing environmental load, adjusting moisture percentage content and disinfecting seeds and saprophyte and the like to make sun-dried cake of high added value.SOLUTION: A woody pellet burner dryer device of this invention is constituted of a woody pellet burner unit 1 for generating hot air of high temperature within a main body of an air heating furnace with woody pellet being applied as fuel, and a dryer unit 2 in which hot air of high temperature is supplied from one side of a rotary drum type dryer main body rotatably supported at a desired inclination angle, clean water generating soil is supplied from the other side and clean water generating soil is heated by hot air of high temperature and dried.
