Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of disturbances in the control characteristics of controlled variable at the time of increasing or decreasing the number of operating devices of pumps by providing an advance operator and a delay operator effective only at the starting and stopping of pumps between the two controllers to be cascade-connected. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a pressure controller 3 is connected as a speed set value to a speed controller 1 via an advance operator 6, and to a speed controller 2 via a delay operator 7, respectively. The operator 6 can be connected and disconnected by change-over circuits 21, 22 and the operator 7 by change-over circuits 23, 24. It is only for a fixed time after the number of devices is decreased when the operator 6 is connected and at times other than this, it is hold disconnected and the pressure controller 3 and the speed controller 1 are directly coupled. It is only for a fixed time after addition of the number of devices when the operator 7 is connected, and at times other than this, the pressure controller 3 and the speed controller 2 are directly connected.
