Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric furnace operation control system capable of constructing the neural network in which the close state of an electric furnace is reflected and estimating the end point carbon concentration of a molten steel to be tapped at high precision.SOLUTION: Provided is an electric furnace operation control system comprising: an input unit receiving setting items to form into the operational conditions of electric furnace refining; a calculation unit inputting the setting items to a neural network and calculating operational result estimated value; and a control unit practicing electric furnace refining based on the setting items. The calculation unit acquires the operational result actual value of the molten steel in which the electric furnace refining has been practiced and retrains the neutral network using the setting items and the operational result actual value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
