To provide an operation control system, improving an operation efficiency by determining the peak-cut value of a heat accumulation type air conditioner employed in parallel to a heat source device while considering the load factor and the number of operating sets of the heat source device.
The operation control system is provided with a heat accumulating amount control unit 1 for controlling the accumulating amount of heat, a predictive calculation unit 2 for predicting a predictive demanding heat amount for a given period, an instrument operation operating unit 3 for operating the number of operating sets and the load factor of the heat source device 8 based on the predictive demanding heat amount and a peak-cut operation unit 4 for operating the peak-cut value whereat the heat source device 8 can be operated within an objective load factor based on the heat accumulating amount, the predictive demanding heat amount and the operation efficiency. The peak-cut operation unit 4 operates an operation constitution and the peak-cut value which permit the operation within the range of the objective load factor when the peak-cut value and the number of operating sets of the heat source device 8 are changed.
