PURPOSE: To prevent divergence of control and to comfortably air condition by measuring an environmental physical amount, inputting user's true warm/cold feeling, so calculating by an adaptive control system as to reduce a difference between predicted warm/cold feeling of warm/cold feeling index and true warm/ cold feeling, and so controlling that the index becomes a comfortable value.
CONSTITUTION: An environmental physical amount is measured by environment measuring means 13, output, true warm/cold feeling is input to warm/cold feeling input means 61 based on a report of a resident 12, warm/cold feeling index for predicting warm/cold feeling of the resident 12 is calculated according to a function of the amount and a plurality of parameters, and at least one parameter is so calculated by adaptive control means 4 as to reduce a difference between the predicted feeling and the true feeling. Further, a control gain is so introduced based on a transfer function of an air conditioning system 1 including the parameter and an environmental heat constant that the index becomes a comfortable value, and an air conditioner 2 is controlled by air conditioning control means 51. On the other hand, the constant is identified by environment identifying means 53. Accordingly, divergence of control can be prevented, comfortableness can be improved.
