To provide an operation controller for car equipment which enables easy operations by a driver who is physically handicapped.

This operation controller for car equipment is provided with operating devices for a car such as a steering wheel, a shift lever, a brake pedal, a parking brake, etc., or driving operation means which are designed so as to make operations by a physically handicapped driver possible and function similarly, driving operation detection means for detecting car driving operations, a conversion means which is connected to a nonrunning peripheral apparatus such as a navigation apparatus or the like not being related to car running operations for performing driving operations of the car, and converts a detected driving operation for the car into specified operation directions, and an apparatus operation control means for performing operation control of the nonrunning peripheral apparatus corresponding to the specified directions.
