The frizzy hair correcting operation includes a reducing and softening step to apply a frizzy hair correcting first agent containing a reducing agent to the hair and reduce and soften the frizzy hair and an oxidizing and fixing step to apply a frizzy hair correcting second agent containing an oxidizing agent to the hair and perform the oxidation fixing of the hair in a corrected state, wherein the operation is further provided, before the reducing and softening step, with (A) a step to apply or spray water to the hair or immerse the hair in water and (B) a step to impregnate the water into the hair by applying a tension to the wet hair.
