CONSTITUTION: When the sound is detected, a sound detecting means 21 outputs the sound signal to a driving means 25 under a condition that a switch circuit 23 is set to a flower lock mode FR, and drives a motor 17. When the switch circuit 23 is set to a chattering mode C the sound signal is outputted to a sound signal generating means 27, which is composed of an LSI for dummy toue generation or a sound synthesizing LSI, etc., and when the detection of the sound is interrupted, the prescribed sound generated by the sound signal generating means 27 is outputted from a sound generating means 29.
