PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulation sensing device having a heater unit that is capable of controlling temperature without use of a thermostat.SOLUTION: A manipulation sensing device includes a heater unit 10, a capacitance touch sensor unit 20 having a detection electrode 20a disposed at a position thermally influenced by the heater unit 10, and a controller 30 that controls operation of the heater unit 10 and the touch sensor unit 20, the controller 30 being configured to provide temperature control of the heater unit 10 on the basis of variation in detected capacitance of the touch sensor unit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
