PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device of a hulling sorting machine in which an operation lever can reliably be positioned in an operative position decided previously.SOLUTION: An operation device of a hulling sorting machine is characterized by: providing an unhulled rice supply valve 10 fixed to a valve shaft 69 on the upper part of a pair of husking rolls of a hulling unit 4; alternatively, laterally providing a turning shaft 17 of an operating lever 12 of a swinging clutch 11 in a turnable manner in parallel to the valve shaft 69 of the unhulled rice supply valve 10; mounting a handle 14 for operation in one end side of the turning shaft 17 of the operating lever 12; pivotally attaching a mechanical linkage 18 for changing the swinging clutch 11 of a swinging sorting unit 8 into a connection state or a non-connection state in other end side of the turning shaft 17 of the operating lever 12; fixing a positioning polygonal piece 20 axially close to the center from the mechanical linkage 18 in the turning shaft 17 of the operating lever 12; and providing a positioning stopper 21 coming into abutment with the positioning polygonal piece 20 and positioning the operating lever 12 at the body side of the hulling unit 4.
