A operational position specifying key 112 is formed on the specifying means 11, a proper cord is allocated on a prescribed operating position, and the operating position is specified by reading it by the input means 10. In this way, a proper operating position is automatically set by reading the specifying key 112 by installing the input means 10 on the specifying means 11.
