Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve an operation efficiency, by analizing the cause of a varia tion in the combination measurement efficiency of a combination scale.
CONSTITUTION: A combination scale variously combines the weights of items and has a combinating operation function which is to select a combination whose total weight is within an allowable weight range. This scale is provided with count means (step 300-314) which, when the number of combinations in the allowable weight range reaches the specific number, the number of combining operations which could not select allowable weight range combinations out of the number of combining operations carried until the specific number of combinations are selected are counted according to the causes. The device is comprised of an operation efficiency analysis means for analyzing an operation efficiency based on values nhA, nhB, nhC, and nhD counted according to the causes.
