Abstract:

To provide an operation end control system and an operation end control method, controlling an operation end rotated in a plane to turn a rope with one end of the rope held.

This operation end control system controls the operation end rotated in a plane to turn the rope, with the one end of the rope held, the other end thereof being already held. The operation end control system includes: target position setting means 101 for fixing the target position of the operation end in the direction of phase lead at a predetermined angle from the direction of force applied to the operation end by the rope on a virtual circle taking the center position of rotation of the operation end as the center; and speed vector setting means 103 for fixing the target speed vector so that the orientation of the target speed vector is directed toward the target position.
