Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the confirmation of a part where an operation error is generated and the point of time or the confirmation of operation conditions by displaying operation condition images recorded by an image recording means for image-recording the operation conditions to a work.
SOLUTION: For the operation conditions in respective processes, the required process is image-recorded by a video camera and reproduced and displayed in the reproducing image display area 88 of an operation helping screen 86. For instance, at the time of performing the tightening operation of many bolts and the measurement of torque, in the case of assuming that an operator erroneously measures the torque of the same bolt twice, a torque measurement operation is photographed and recorded by the video camera, and when a failure is generated, by displaying the operation conditions in the reproducing image display area 88, an erroneous operation process is found and an appropriate correcting operation is performed. Thus, the operator efficiently executes the operation by processing only the erroneous operation process again based on reproducing images.
