Information on the transactions is held in the automatic transaction devices 11-14. This information can be read out by a general terminal device 2 which is connected to the automatic transaction device 11-14 through a communication line and usually used by the operator or a centralized monitor device 6. Therefore, information which is necessary for customer service can be outputted speedily by the device that the operator grows familiar with.
