An operation information recording device determines whether or not the current location of a vehicle is included in a preliminarily set operation input permission position range, and when an operation is input to an operation switch D2 in a state that it is determined that the current position is included in the operation input permission position range, the operation information recording device determines that the operation is valid, and when the operation is input to the operation switch D2 in a state that it is determined that the current position is not included in the operation input permission position range, determines that the operation is invalid, and when it is determined that the operation is valid, the operation information recording device performs an operation relating to the change or recording of the operation information corresponding to the operation, and when it is determined that the operation is invalid, inhibits any operation relating to the change or recording of the operation information corresponding to the operation.
