PURPOSE: To facilitate program setting of household electrical equipment by classifying operating methods into plural portions according to functions, and dividing each classification into plural component elements, and displaying all of them in the same displayer, and providing a combination of a single or plural cursor shift switches with setting and canceling switches, the cursor shift switches not depending on the component elements.
CONSTITUTION: A single or plural input switches 8 to 13 each of which does not depend on the classification of menus are provided and a large classification can be cyclically selected by the input of the switches. Input to a large classification switch is identified at a command control portion and a customer is allowed to read which component element of the large classification is being selected, through a means of changing lighting display to flashing display among displays arranged into the shape of a matrix. Similarly, a small classification can be cyclically selected by a small classification switch, whereby it is possible to read which component element of the small classification is being selected. Therefore one selection is easily decided among a number of menus.
