To reduce the number of part items and assembling steps by providing a spring or the like for pressing a lever main body in a gripping direction so as to always bring a cam contact surface into contact with any one of the cam surfaces of a cam clutch part.
A knocker 12 is used for inserting a rotary base part 12b between the upper and lower arms 11d and 11e of the rotary base part 11b of a lever main body 11, inserting a collar 16 into through-holes 11f, 11f and 12f and pushing and expanding the upper and lower ends of the collar 16 toward the through-holes 11f and 11f of the lever main body 11. In this way, these elements are made integral as brake levers 7. Further, a compression coil spring 20 is laid being compressed between the opposing pieces 11m and 11g of the rotary base parts 11b and 12b. The integrally formed brake levers 7 are pressed in opposite directions by the elastic force of the coil spring 20 by using the collar 12 as a fulcrum. The projecting piece of the knocker 12 is pushed in from the action arm side opening of a pin hole 11g toward each clutch part 19a of an adjuster pin 19.
