To make it possible to effectively view an operating state of an operation lever part of an operation device mounted in a vehicle.SOLUTION: An operation lever part for an operation device 3 mounted in a vehicle V comprises: a lever body unit 8 provided so as to be rotatable around a basal-end side 8b and that switches a state of the operation device 3 by its being rotated and operated from a predetermined first position to a second position; and a lever leading-end unit 80 provided at a leading end 42 of the lever body unit 8 and that, while the lever body part 8 is operated to either the first position or the second position, projects at least part 85A of it from a side face of the vehicle V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
