To provide an operation management device of a mobile operation machine capable of performing position measurement even when GPS measurement accuracy is degraded, and performing smooth and accurate operation and management.
A three-dimensional position of a mine cleaning machine 1 is measured by GPS antennas 27, 28 and GPS receivers 33, 34. An operation position of the mine cleaning machine 1 is calculated at an arithmetic processing part 56 by using a GPS measured value. When the GPS measurement accuracy is degraded, the GPS measured value is corrected by using an inclination sensor 26 and a gyro 54 together to calculate the operation position. Operation information is stored in an operation result data base 58 on the basis of the calculated operation position. A mesh state and a wireframe image 407 of the mine cleaning machine 1 are displayed on a mesh state display region 406 of a detail display screen 402. The operation position when the GPS measurement accuracy is degraded is distinguished from the operation position at GPS normal measurement to display.
