PURPOSE: To enable the maintenance management of a spinning machine and a winder, the production management and yield management of each unit of the spinning machine and winder and the total textile machine and the setting of a production plan.

CONSTITUTION: A drive controlling apparatus 1 of a spinning machine and a drive controlling apparatus 2 of a winder are connected to a central control unit 8 via a spinning machine signal relaying apparatus 3 and a winder signal relaying apparatus 4, respectively. An end breakage detection apparatus 5 corresponding to the winding yarn is connected to the central control unit 8. The rotational and stop operation signals are transmitted from each drive controlling apparatus 1, 2 and an end breakage signal is transmitted from the end breakage detector 5 to the central control unit 8. The inputted signal is processed, displayed on a CRT display 11 and recorded by printers 12, 13.
