To easily identify the scope which is affected by irregularities of transportation.
In an operation management support system 100, database 101 stores flight information 111 which indicates operation details of each flight, and connection information 112 which indicates a taking-over flight and a taken-over flight for each takeover performed between the flights having a takeover element as an object. A determination section 104 extracts a collection of takeovers in which the operation details of a taking-over flight and the operation details of a taken-over flight do not satisfy prescribed operation conditions, by referring to the flight information 111 and the connection information 112, and divides taking-over flights and taken-over flights, which are included in the extracted collection of connections takeovers into groups on the basis of prescribed determination criteria. An output section 105 outputs group information 114 which shows flights constituting an arbitrary one group among the flights divided into groups.
