Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the operation management of carts in accordance with the play time when the players of the respective carts are actually doing play.
SOLUTION: The operation management is executed by determining the actual play time precluding an intermission time from the play time of the player's own cart K1 and displaying the operating condition of the player's own cart based on the actual play time on an operation condition screen when, for example, the play progression of the players of a previous party cart K0 is slow and the play of the player's own cart K1 is interrupted in accordance with the time the player's own cart K1 moving in a golf course enters the inside of the communication area of a locator S installed at a teeing ground T, the time the player's own cart emerges from the communication area of the locator S installed at the green G of the ground and the position information of the previous party cart K0 traveling forward of the player's own cart K1.
