Abstract:
To reduce bending stresses that are produced in a torsion bar, even if the number of sections of the torsion bar is increased.
A torsion bar 55 is secured at one end to a casing 29 and is supported at the other end by a cylinder 54 secured to the casing 29, in such a way that the torsion 55 is free to rotate via a pin 57. One end of a torsion bar 62 is freely rotatably supported by the cylinder 54 via a pin 63. Further, torsion bars 58, 59, connected together in such a way as to be operated in conjunction with each other by rotors 64 to 69 formed by gears, are placed between the torsion bars 55, 62.
