Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved operation method of an air conditioning system wherein heat stored in a building frame during off hours is radiated during on hours, the method being to solve difficulties with prior art in which the amount of heat stored in the building frame is influenced by the thickness of a slab and heat insulation specifications and the like, and effective use hours of air conditioning operation is limited because the amount of stored heat or the amount of heat radiation is insufficient, and hence utilization of the system within the most effective usage time zone is limited.
SOLUTION: An air conditioning system is adapted such that a heat storage air passage composed of a hollow part 2 of a concrete slab building frame 1 is disposed at a proper position of an air conditioning air passage that reaches an air conditioning space from an air conditioner 8 through a ceiling plate 3 and is returned to the air conditioner, and that bypass means is disposed which means can bypass the air conditioning system and the heat storage air passage. In the system, the operation method comprises: a heat storage operation process for flowing air conditioning air to the heat storage air passage without flowing the same to the air conditioning space, an air conditioning operation process for flowing the air conditioning air to the air conditioning space without flowing the same to the heat storage air passage, and a stored heat utilization air conditioning operation process for flowing the air conditioning air to the heat storage air passage and the air conditioning space time sharedly disposed.
