Abstract:
To provide an operation method of a fluidized bed furnace as a composite furnace integrated with a gasification furnace and an oxidation furnace.
This operation method of a composite fluidized bed furnace has two functions of the gasification furnace and the oxidation furnace. Fuel is supplied to the fluidized bed gasification furnace, and the fuel is gasified while circulating the fuel in a fluidized bed of the fluidized bed gasification furnace. The obtained generated gas is led outside the fluidized bed gasification furnace, and char ungasified by gasification is allowed to enter a fluidized bed oxidation furnace so that the char is completely burnt by the fluidized bed oxidation furnace.
