To solve problems that it takes a long time to transfer a cooling mode to a reheat dehumidifying mode, and misting and fan dew condensation may be generated according to conditions.
Right and wrong of transferring from the cooling mode or a weak cooling dehumidifying mode to the reheat dehumidifying mode is determined on the basis of at least an operation duration time, an indoor temperature and a temperature of an indoor heat exchanger. As the influence by indoor/outdoor temperature conditions, and execution conditions of work such as a pipe length can be eliminated in estimating a water retaining amount of an indoor heat exchanger, the accuracy in estimating the water retaining amount of a first indoor heat exchanger 4 can be improved, and transferring to the reheat dehumidifying mode can be quickly performed while surely preventing atomizing and fan dew condensation.
