Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect slipping accurately by arranging means for detecting rotary period respectively on facing rotary shaft and detecting the phase difference occurring on the rotary shaft from the time difference between the signals provided from said detection means. CONSTITUTION:Rotary period detecting means 27 are arranged respectively on facing rotary shafts 11, 23 and the output from said means 27 is fed to phase difference measuring means 28 to detect the phase difference occurring between the rotary shafts 11, 23 from the time difference between the detection signals. Since phase shift occurring at the portion of coupling 26 can be measured continuously, slipping can be detected accurately.
