Abstract:
Disclosed is an operation monitoring system including: a throttle valve 75 receiving a pressure of a driving oil to seal an outlet 755 when the driving oil is boosted and opening the outlet 755 when the driving oil is not boosted; a pressure sensor 765 disposed near the outlet 755 of the throttle valve 75 and measuring a pressure of the driving oil flowing out of the outlet 755; a storage portion 766 using a cyclic variation of the pressure of the driving oil flowing out of the outlet 755 of the throttle valve 75 to be a reference variation so as to be stored in advance, when a driving target (i.e., an exhaust valve 25) of a first hydraulic drive pipeline 71 performs a normal operation; and a detection portion 767 comparing the measured value of the pressure sensor 765 with the reference variation so as to detect the abnormality of the throttle valve 75. Thereby, the abnormality of the throttle valve 75 installed in the first hydraulic drive pipeline 71 can be detected automatically.
