Title:
OPERATION ORDER DETERMINATION SYSTEM TAKING PLURAL ALLOCATION CONDITIONS INTO CONSIDERATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2600628
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To apply the allocation conditions which are given priority levels and narrow down products to be allocated into one when there are plural kinds of object to be allocated to operable facilities where operation for one product is completed and operation for another product can be allocated in a job shop type production site.
CONSTITUTION: An allocation condition and priority storage part 16 holds allocation conditions for allocation in the increasing order of delivery periods and in the increasing order of machining time together with their priority levels. When there are plural products that can be allocated to the operable facilities, an allocating operation judgement part 17 applies the allocation conditions according to the priority until the products to be allocated are narrowed down into one, thereby deciding one product to be allocated. The allocation conditions and priority can freely be varied by a registration and alteration part 19.
