To provide an operation panel attitude changing device for a machine tool having excellent operability for operating an operation panel.
This operation panel O is provided with an attitude changing reference line S. This operation panel O is supported on a machine tool main body B so that the operation panel O swings between the vertical attitude C1 for making the attitude changing reference line S vertical and the tilting attitude C3 for tilting the attitude changing reference line S upward.
