To provide a sheet material that has a texture which is close to the appearance of a genuine metal, and to provide an operation panel, an indicator and an electronic equipment which uses this sheet material.
The operation panel 100 is equipped with the sheet material 10, an elastic sheet 30 pasted on the sheet material 10, and a circuit board 40 on which a switch mechanism 41 is mounted. The sheet material 10 includes a metal film 2, having a prism-like surface 2a, a first transparent sheet 3 installed on the metal film 2, and a second transparent sheet 4 installed on the first transparent sheet 3. The refractive index of the second transparent sheet 4 is higher than that of the first transparent sheet 3. According to such a constitution, the sheet material that has a texture close to the appearance of the genuine metal can be realized.
