This operation part of the high-frequency disposition device is constituted so that the operation knob member 12 straight connected and fixed to the base end part of the operation wire 2 aligned in its axial line position thereof is arranged to a state of freely advancing and retreating in the axial line direction with respect to the operation part main body 11 connected to the base end of a flexible sheath 1 and straight drawn out of the operation part main body 11 to the side opposite to the flexible sheath 1 so as to be freely rotated around the axial line of the operation wire 2 and the contact pin 13 electrically continued to the operation wire 2 to be connected to a high-frequency power supply cord 50 so as to be freely rotated around the axial line is straight arranged to the protruded end part of the operation knob member 12 so as to be aligned with the base end part of the operation wire 2 in its axial line position.
